Rooted in Readiness offers a diverse range of online and in-person sessions that are designed to equip students with knowledge and skills for success. With a schedule that provides flexibility and convenience, Rooted in Readiness is here to work together to develop a learning plan that matches your style, identify and work towards goals, fine tune study skills and career building skills, and create checkpoints and milestones to make sure you're prepared for each step towards your goal.

Online or in person at a library or coffeeshop (local to Portage and Summit counties)
30 or 60 minute timeslots
One time sessions, weekly, or every other week options available based on what you need
Monday - Friday: 5pm - 8pm ET
Saturday - Sunday: 8am - 5pm ET

Hi! My name is Dr. Tricia Upton (just call me Tricia) and I own Rooted in Readiness, based in Rootstown, Ohio. As a dedicated professional and lifelong student, I provide top-notch tutoring and career preparation. My mission is to empower people with the knowledge, study skills, and guidance needed gain confidence in a subject area, master a subject, or travel their career path. With a focus on personalized and interactive learning, I strive to cultivate a supportive environment that fosters academic and professional growth both remotely or in-person in Portage and Summit counties.
